Enter the number of pallets and click Generate & Load.
Each pallet gets a random weight and a random height. The algorithm places the heaviest pallets near the centre of the wheelbase for best axle balance, and stacks pallets automatically when they fit.
If the truck fills up before all pallets are placed, a note will tell you how many were loaded.
Navigating the view
Drag on empty space — rotate the trailer
Scroll / pinch — zoom in / out
Right-click drag — pan the view
On mobile: one finger on empty space rotates, two fingers zoom
Moving pallets
Desktop:Drag a pallet to move it to another slot.
Mobile:Long-press a pallet (~0.4 s) until you feel a vibration, then drag to the target slot.
A short tap (no hold) opens the edit panel instead.
■ Cyan highlight — empty slot (move here)
■ Green highlight — will stack on top of existing pallet
■ Red highlight — slot full or stacking not allowed (no hard top, or height would exceed trailer)
Editing a pallet
Click a pallet (without dragging) to open the edit panel.
You can change its CMR ID, weight, and height.
Hard top — if checked, another pallet may be stacked on top of this one (provided it fits within the trailer height). If unchecked, this pallet must always be the topmost in its slot.
Axle load indicator
▬ Red line — king pin (front support, cabin side)
▬ Amber line — rear axle group
The left panel shows the load percentage on each support point. Aim for a balanced split to stay within legal axle limits.
